Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PUMP PONIES, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this platform. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding online betting and gambling.

Account and Wallet

You must use a compatible Solana wallet to participate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.

Each bet generates a unique deposit address. Funds sent to this address are final and will be used for your bet.

Betting Rules

• All bets are final once SOL is sent to the deposit address
• Each race features 10 horses numbered 1-10
• Minimum bet: 0.01 SOL, Maximum bet: 20 SOL
• Deposit addresses expire after 30 minutes
• Betting closes before each race begins
• Winnings are calculated proportionally from the losing pool
• A 5% house fee is deducted from winnings

Race Results

All races are pre-recorded and streamed live on Pump.fun. Race outcomes are determined before streaming begins. The platform does not manipulate or alter race results after bets are placed.

Blockchain Transactions

All transactions occur on the Solana blockchain and are irreversible. You are responsible for:

• Network fees and transaction costs
• Verifying deposit addresses before sending SOL
• Understanding blockchain transaction confirmation times
• Sending the correct amount within betting limits

Winnings and Payouts

Winners receive automatic payouts to their wallet address after race completion. Payouts include your original bet plus your share of the losing pool (minus house fee).

Payout Formula: Your Bet + (Losing Pool × Your Share) × 0.95

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Using bots or automated betting systems
• Manipulating or attempting to exploit the platform
• Engaging in money laundering or fraudulent activities
• Circumventing geographic restrictions

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Security against all threats
• Specific financial outcomes

Limitation of Liability

PUMP PONIES and its operators are not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to user error (wrong address, expired deposits)
• Blockchain network issues or delays
• Wallet security breaches
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses from gambling activities

Responsible Gambling

Please gamble responsibly. Only bet what you can afford to lose. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please seek help from appropriate organizations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
